Dear Archana,

 

Greetings.

 

1. Yes, you can do the treatment once a day. You just have to do thorough

sweeping before energizing. And monitor if patient is able to handle the

energy (no headaches, congestions in the head area, etc.)

2. Just watch your thoughts. Mentally say to these thoughts " later. " Also,

seeing geometrical figures (circles, triangles, squares, etc..) during

meditation is normal. Just watch them...continue with your

meditation...and let go...
