Dear CP Reddy,

Greetings..

GMKCS has written in the Pranic Psychotherapy book on how to externalize

and disintegrate negative thought entities by using a white board. (or

white screen)

Procedure:

1. Relax and do abdominal breathing.

2. Externalize the traumatic experience, phobia, depressing thoughts, bad

habits, or negative thoughts and feelings. This is done by visualizing a

white board and projecting your phobia or the negative thoughts and

feelings on it. The visualization does not have to be clear.

What is important is the intention.

3. Disintegrate the accumulated negative thoughts and feelings in the form

of negative negative thought entities by just simply erasing them (with an

electric violet eraser.)

4. Repeat the entire process several times until you feel substantially

relieved.

Aswagandhi:

I have no information about this root.

Love and light, masterfe
