Dear Daren,

Greetings.

>Thank you for answering my questions about " pranic generators " . I

>have more questions:

> I'm hesitant about healing others because a) I don't want o heal

>with the patient ever knowing, 2) I don't feel that strong physically,

>and 3) I worry that I might influence the patient(s) negatively with

>my own energies. I am by nature, not an energetic person, and have

>my own illnesses to deal with. This doesn't give me the confidence

>to help others. I would like to focuson self-healing.

> My question is, is this the right thing for me to do? Should I

>build up and streghten my own ehteric and physical bodies before I try

>to heal others?

Yes. This is the right thing to do. You have to heal your physical and

etheric bodies first before you try healing others. Although you can apply

pranic healing techniques on simple ailments (toothache, sprain, nose

bleeding, etc. once in awhile), it is advisable that you refrain from

healing severe cases.

>2. What routine or exercise, in your experience, has proven the best

>for seff-healing? Several methods are taught in Master Choa's book,

>including the Middle Pillar. I have experience with pore-breathing

>since this is hwat Bardon teaches. Is the Middle Pillar exercise

>really effective?

I suggest that you follow the Pranic Self-Healing procedures specified in

the book. Meditation on the White Light or Middle Pillar is effective.

>3. Apart from general weakness, a health problem I have is

>eye-strain. My activities keep me exposed to the computer for long

>periods, and my eyes seem to have conjunctivitis always. My doctor

>is convinced that it's allergy, but I know it's due to exposure to the

>monitor's radiation. (This is the reason why I haven't posted here

>for the past week.)

> Question is, when I energize the eyes through the eye chakra, the

>eyes seem to itch or moisten for sometime afterwards. Does this mean

>it's over-energized? I sweep and energize it every few hours. Of

>course, since I still use the PC, recovery is difficult.

PRANIC HEALING TREATMENT FOR EYESTRAIN:

1. Apply localized sweeping thoroughly on the eyes.

2. Sweep and energize the ajna, back head, and temple minor chakras. More

energy on the ajna and back head. Less on the temple minor chakras. DO NOT

ENERGIZE THE EYES DIRECTLY SINCE THEY MAY BE DAMAGED IN THE LONG RUN.

3. Stabilize.

Love and light, masterfe
