Daily practice of Meditation on Twin Hearts with Pranic Self-healing. 2. Practice self-healing affirmation. Repeat this prayer daily for about 15 minutes, 2 times a day, with full concentration, humility, reverence, and faith. " GOD IS ALMIGHTY. GOD IS MERCIFUL. HE IS HEALING ME OF (spefify the ailment). WITH THANKS AND IN FULL FAITH! SO BE IT! 3. You can also repeat the following affirmations: " I AM NOT THE BODY, NOR THE EMOTION, NOR THE THOUGHT. I AM A DIVINE BEING! I AM THAT I AM! I AM CLEAN, WHOLE, AND HEALED. WITH THANKS. SO BE IT. 4. Everytime you think of a negative thought, or feel a negative emotion say in your mind with conviction. Repeat this several times until you feel that you are in control again.. " BY THE POWER OF GOD MANIFESTING THROUGH MY DIVINE SELF, NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS, BE GONE! I COMMAND YOU TO GO AWAY, NOW!!! NOW! IN FULL FAITH! SO BE IT! or, UNCLEAN SPIRITS, BE GONE! NEVER RETURN!! 5. Daily breathing meditation. As you inhale imagine you are absorving good, healthy, spiritual energy. And as you exhale, you are releasing dirty, unwholesome, negative energies. 6. Daily physical exercise. 7. Wear pink rose quartz. 8. Proper food and supplements. 9. Salt bath. 10. Bless everyone you meet. 11. Look for a place where you can do service. 12. If you believe in the principle of tithing, then share your blessings.. 13. Forgive those who have hurt you. Ask for forgiveness from those whom you've hurt. 14. Self-Pranic Psychotherapy. OTHERS: 1.
