Dear Lokesh,

 

Greetings..

 

I know several women who have done MTH a week after giving birth. No

problem for both the mother and the baby. But we have to consider that

these women are arhatic practitioners which means that they have been

meditating even while they were pregnant.

 

For those who are just starting with MTH, and are not arhatic

practitioners, my suggestion is that you listen to your body. Also, listen

or be aware of the behavior of the child especially if you are

breastfeeding him. You may start within a month after giving birth.

Don't do it too intensely at the start. Do it at your own pace and time.
