Master Choa has given the following instructions to someone with an extreme fear of flying... I thought others would benefit from the words of our Beloved Master... Perhaps you also have some comments you would like to add. Incidentally, Master says this technique can be applied to other phobias. 1. Do sweeping on the Front and Back Solar Plexus, the Throat and the Crown. Then Clean (wash) your hands. 2. Gently touch the heart area with the pads of the left fingers. 3. Then touch the Ajna with the right index and middle finger and simutaneously do deep breathing for 12 cycles, which will enable you to regulate your emotions.
