I did not read this, but saw this on Dr. Mercola. I'm actually at that point I don't know what to do. I was using the crystal stuff. I have not worn anything on the pits the last two days and whew, I stink. Especially since I go to the gym almost daily and ride the bike for 10 miles. So if anyone has any ideas what to put in the pits to help with the odor, let me know.Kelly--- On Thu, 2/18/10, cyndikrall <cyndikrall wrote:cyndikrall <cyndikrall[RFSL] Crystal deodorant contains aluminumrealfoodsimplelife Date: Thursday, February 18, 2010, 7:32 PM

Kelly,

When I stopped using deodorants of all kinds, I stunk to, for a while and then, I stopped stinking. I have no idea why, I'm only telling you what happened.

I also know that zinc supplement helps a body to stop stinking. Maybe you can try it and see if it helps you. It helped my son with his body odor.

If you go to the link posted below, they sell some kind of natural deodorant. I have not tried it, but the reviews there look pormising.
