*Excellent* videos on youtube. You *gotta* watch these for inspiration and

how-to. This woman makes these films just to share information and help people

learn about putting food by. These videos are so good that Excalibur uses them

on their website, and have donated a dryer for her to give away. She charges no

money for these films, and sells nothing herself. I don't know whether or not

there will be other give-aways -- that depends upon whether or not other

companies make donations like Excalibur did, I guess. So grab a cuppa and

settle in for some pleasant learning experiences.

PS: The first one I watched was making yogurt in the dehydrator. Later I

scrolled down her list and found the beginning of the series -- she has 13

videos so far. So browse around -- there's LOTS here!
