Oh, and by the way, I use magnesium oil as part of an Iodine supplementation routine. I love the magnesium oil-you just spray it all over yourself when you get out of the bath or shower. It is easily absorbed thru the skin. I noticed an IMMEDIATE improvement in my sleeping when I started using the mag oil! We found the real 'Hotel California' and the 'Seinfeld' diner.
