Dan has 3 children-18 & under.I am new to this list. I have been raising alot of my food for years! I can,freeze & dehydrate alot of it for wintertime use. We have chickens,ducks, rabbits, goats,1 guinea & 2 cats. It is a busy place at our farm right now. We are enlarging our goat pen & will be kidding this week sometime. I bet you could do just about anything you want on that much land! As for favorite egg dishes, I am partial to quiche. 4 eggs, 2 cups cream, and whatever fillings you want. I also heard on another list you can freeze your eggs (out of the shell, of course.)
