Guest guest
The lady who purchases food for our kids' before/after care asked me for more information on my " nutritional views. " In the past, her comments have been limited to, " If I am able to buy it, then it must be safe enough for kids to consume it. " They supply mostly processed junk food and fruit for snacks so I bring snacks just for my kids. I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to buy her an audio book (she has a 1 hr commute to work) that would gently explain natural/organic, how to spot good food/bad food, general guidelines, etc....Something that educates without shoving it down her throat. Any suggestions? I thought about You, the owners manual or Eaters Manifesto but not sure if the former has enough info about child nutrition and the latter may be too overwhelming for her....any ideas?
