Guest guest
A couple things... * No luck finding the inulin (yet)... * But, I found this at Whole Foods today - " Organic Clear Fiber " 12.7 oz for $30. Its pricey but it works! (she loves it) Its 5g of fiber per serving, psyllium free, gluten free, and grit free. The ingredients are organic evaporated can uice, organic acacia soluble fiber, stevia, natural flavor, and citric acid. Not sure if I can find it for less than $30 because it says on the label that it is a Whole Foods Exclusive (but I'll try!). * I picked up the magnesium today too so will try that out too. Thanks all! , " Dineen " <dineen.ford wrote: > > Thanks for this article, Barb. Our last jar will be out soon and I'd hate to pay brand-name price for P & G. We don't have Trader Joe's or Whole Foods near us in our small rural town. > > Dineen
Guest guest
Barb, That's the REnew Life I mentioned to you. You can only find the flavored at WF but the plain (unsweetened og fiber) is everywhere. You can mix it in soups, sauces, drinks, etc. Mixes well in warm to room temp, clumps in cold. The Fiber 35 stuff is the same plain but not og less expensive. <> >Barb [FirstYrs08] >4/8/2009 12:05:30 AM > >Re: [RFSL] a healthy fiber supplement that doesn't taste gritty? > >A couple things... > >* No luck finding the inulin (yet)... > >* But, I found this at Whole Foods today - "Organic Clear Fiber" 12.7 oz for >$30.
