Guest guest
Anita, have you tried Seed Savers Exchange, or Seeds of Change? They both have many heirloom seeds. As for plants, yes, they are going to cost an arm and a leg everywhere. But starting seeds really isn't hard, as long as you have a good light source for them. I am starting tons of seeds here right now, and for the most part, they are all pretty easy. I am shocking myself with how well it is working, lol. Cyndi In a message dated 3/8/2009 9:16:12 A.M. Guest guest
Thanks Cindi, I'll try those. I've got one place I can put the seeds in, but have to actually put some shelves up first in the window. Anita , cyndikrall wrote: > > Anita, have you tried Seed Savers Exchange, or Seeds of Change? Guest guest
I ordered a whole bunch of seeds from Baker Creek (rareseeds.com) this year. Wonderful selection, but you have to order early because a lot of things sell out quickly. I have not ordered from heirloomseeds.com (yet.) ;-)Cyndi In a message dated 3/8/2009 8:12:30 P.M.
