Cyndi, I so totally agree with this article! I have learned from

experimenting with my diet over the years that my blood sugar is under

way better control when I eat truly whole grain products like oat

groats and wheat berries, or just legumes, beans and lentils. Today I

forgo the " whole wheat " bread--period. IMO, a diabetic cannot afford

to anything that is refined, and a flour--even if originally from

whole grain--is still refined.

 

You can't fool mother nature!!!
