Guest guest Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 http://chetday.com1 white onion, peeled and cut into quarters1 entire head of garlic, peeled4 red hot chile peppers, stems removed, chopped4" horseradish root, peeled and chopped4" ginger root, peeled and choppedApproximately 1 quart unpasteurized apple cider vinegar (Braggs isgood)Put all ingredients in a blender, cover with un-pasteurized applecider vinegar. Puree. Bottle in a glass container and store in acupboard at room temperature.
