31 October 2008 Greetings!

Happy Halloween! Here's a fresh and light version of the traditional Halloween treat, Caramel Apples. Instead of dipping whole apples into sticky caramel, slice the apple into 8 - 12 wedges, remove seeds, and dip in gooey Caramel Sauce--as much or as little as you like. If you want, you can then dip in chopped nuts, coconut, or whatever else suits your taste. Have a wonderful Halloween! Debra :-)
