I am 23 wks pregnant and having a horrible time with insomnia. It is effecting my days because I have been getting nasty head aches and of course I am so aggravated at night watching the clock change. Some one mentioned using " Calm Mama " which is supposed to be a natural supplement with folic acid and magnesium.I guess its the magnesium that is supposed to calm. Does any one know of other natural things to treat insomnia that would be safe during pregnancy? Or has any one heard of " Calm Mama " ? TIA Michelle.
