Guest guest
This entire concept sickens me. I'll definitely continue to buy my meat from our local butcher where I can trace its source and make sure its not GM. I especially love this part regarding the uses for gm animals: " Others... produce healthier meat or milk. " If the money-hungry corps fed & treated their cattle well the milk & meat would be perfectly healthy, naturally... AND they wouldn't have to spend so much $$ lobbying the FDA to keep them on their side. But I suppose the FDA likes it that way...who wouldn't like money for nothing?! They obviously worry about public backlash and that's why they're hesitant to label anything GM... If ppl only knew about what was already on the shelves! Guest guest
Yes, it's definitely time people woke up. The recent victory over rBGH still amazes me. If we would all band together over issues like this, we could defeat GM meat and milk. It's OUR money that talks. But we still believe mostly anything the government and "experts" feed us. By the time we realize what is going on, it's usually too late. If we don't buy these products, they will go away. It's as simple as that. We stopped buying rBGH milk, and it went away.
