Guest guest
I've taken to cutting up the unused crusts into stuffing-sized pieces, and then freezing them. I don't make stuffing a lot, holidays and special occasions, etc. but it's nice having some whole grain/sourdough bread ready for it. I don't really ever use breadcrumbs, but the kids do occasionally, so I really should make them sometimes too. Cyndi In a message dated 9/3/2008 1:36:24 P.M.
