That's amazing, Greg! Congrats! I eat cottage cheese every day, with berries, since they are supposed to be great cancer fighters. It sounds like you've had a struggle keeping your blood sugar under control. Congrats to you for all your progress. :-)

I keep my blood pressure regulated with Lisinopril. My C-Pap machine also plays a role in keeping it down. As a side note, the doctor put me on insulin two weeks ago so I finally took Cyndi's advice and embraced cottage cheese. Mu sugar levels dropped from 299to 140 in a week. I might be a weirdo, but I actually think Cottage Cheese tastes pretty good. Been eating it with raw baby carrots and grapes as well as using it for salad dressing.
