Guest guest
That's amazing, Greg! Congrats! I eat cottage cheese every day, with berries, since they are supposed to be great cancer fighters. It sounds like you've had a struggle keeping your blood sugar under control. Congrats to you for all your progress. :-) Hugs! As a side note, the doctor put me on insulin two weeks ago so I finally took Cyndi's advice and embraced cottage cheese. Mu sugar levels dropped from 299to 140 in a week. I might be a weirdo, but I actually think Cottage Cheese tastes pretty good. Been eating it with raw baby carrots and grapes as well as using it for salad dressing. Guest guest
Hi Gabriele; I'm on my way out the door, so I'll write more about this later. In the meanwhile, you might want to search the archives for "cottage cheese" and see what info you come up with... cyndi In a message dated 6/25/2008 10:40:47 A.M.
