If I remember right, there were some recipes for making your own

shampoo on here not too long ago -- I think that's what I'm going to

start doing. Probably much cheaper!

 

You could also order online from someplace like Northern Essence.

 

But it isn't easy anymore, & I certainly don't trust Whole Foods. I

don't particularly trust the co-op or the health food store either,

since they both carry Avalon products, and there have been complaints

about them not being organic for awhile now.

My only concern about making my own is in working with lye. Besides, I

need more time! LOL. I agree - I need to find another resource

besides Whole Foods!
