I use agave nectar to basically replace honey for me. Being vegan, I don't do honey. It has a much lower glycemic index, so it is ok for diabetics. I used stevia to make sweet tea, though. To me they are such different things. Stevia replaces my sugars, agave my honey. And now when I do have sugar, I get that sugar rush and that sick feeling (like a kid that ate too much candy, ya know). Sorry, I have been out of town and only been able to limitedly check my email through my phone. Hope everyone had a great mother's day, and people start to feeling better.
