Guest guest
Anyone know how I should get rid of cell phone chargers and accessories? I've found places to donate and recycle the cell phones themselves, but no one seems to want the chargers or accessories so I'm not sure what to do with them... Thanks terri Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
Guest guest
Have you tried you local freecycle/earthcycle groups? Or maybe a local paper that will post free adds, or maybe even Craigslist (you can offer free things on there)? If those didn't work, I would donate them somewhere. Maybe Goodwill, Salvation Army type places ( I always go for the smaller known ones in my local area). I know Radio Shack used to take old cell phones to be recycled or donated. Some places that older but still working cells would go is to battered women's shelters, etc, but I am not sure about the accessories. You think they would need them, too, though. If anything, you could take them to your favourite electronics store. They may have that lil charger on hand for what seems like ever, but then someone comes in looking for just that and there ya go, they found someone to give it to. Guest guest
The problem is, I'm not sure how to describe them. I don't have the phone anymore so I have no clue what model it was... I guess if its on Freecycle, they can't be too choosy though.lol I'll give it a shot terri--- On Mon, 4/28/08, Robyn Gladd <sheropesem wrote: Robyn Gladd <sheropesemRe: [RFSL] Cell Phone Accessories Date: Monday, April 28, 2008, 12:13 AM Maybe you could list them on freecycle for your area????
