Carrot Cake recipe

Speaking of food....lol....I just wanted to say that if anyone here likes Carrot Cake, you should try the recipe on the back of the Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour bag. It's not the gluten-free recipe from their website, I've only found it on this product's bag.

I substituted Coconut Oil for the Canola Oil(you could also prolly sub. butter for the oil). It also calls for 1/2 c. each white and brown sugar. I subbed Honey and Sucanat for each sugar. I also added either raisins or walnuts(it didn't call for one of them, I can't recall which).

I can honestly say, this cake was the moistest, best carrot cake I ever tasted! It was dense not too dense & it didn't even need frosting.

If anyone wants the recipe, I can send it.
