Guest guest
Hi Vicki, It is in good ol' Washington State. I live in Mt. Vernon, up north. Where did you live? In Him, Meighan, mother of the Graham Clan An Irish blessing from me to you- May God give you...For every storm a rainbow, for every tear a smile, for every care a promise and a blessing in each trial. For every problem life sends, a faithful friend to share, for every sigh a sweet song and an answer for each prayer.” Vicki <fitzfam5RealSimple Sent: Tuesday, April 8, 2008 8:37:47 PM[RealSimple] Meighan Hi Meighan,I noticed you mentioned Skagitt Valley...is that in WA State? Guest guest
Deep sigh..... it almost makes me cry to just think of it. We lived in Lake Stevens, WA. I had lived in a number of places from the Mississippi East but it was our first time West. I miss it horribly. It was truly the only place where I ever felt "home". My oldest daughter was born in Everett at Providence Gen. Med. Center. I am not a traveler at all. In fact, I'd say I pretty much hate it. I'm a homebody...love to be at our home just doing things. My kids asked me not long ago if there was ONE place I could go where would it be? (besides heaven) I said: The Skagitt Valley Tulip Festival in April, Deception Pass, and Neapolis in Lake Stevens for pizza. HA HA! I'm a bit envious...can you tell???? Guest guest
Vicki, It is a wonderful place to live, however, I would like to explore outside of the northwest. I would probably eventually be back, you can't beat the green, lush scenery. We are getting ready to hit the Tulip Festival soon! I would be more than happy to send a few beautiful pics your way, the colors are amazing. Take care, In Him, Meighan, mother of the Graham Clan An Irish blessing from me to you- May God give you...For every storm a rainbow, for every tear a smile, for every care a promise and a blessing in each trial.
