I'm sure you know yogurt, and kefir is it's cousin only better, having more beneficial bacteria and yeast than yogurt. Yogurt has 6 bacteria and kefir has 30. Guest guest
Kris, have you ever tried raw milk or goats milk? I'm just curious, since some people claim they don't have any lactose problems with raw milk or goats milk. I believe in the benefits of cultured food products, like kefir and sauerkraut. I think they give health benefits worth compromising for.
