Don't want to sound stupid here.. but could you guys give me some more, personal info on kefir. I have never heard of it before.. ~Kris

No, not stupid at all. many poeople never heard of kefir but it is a fermented milk. I'm sure you know yogurt, and kefir is it's cousin only better, having more beneficial bacteria and yeast than yogurt. Yogurt has 6 bacteria and kefir has 30.

Kris, have you ever tried raw milk or goats milk? I'm just curious,

since some people claim they don't have any lactose problems with raw

milk or goats milk. I believe in the benefits of cultured food

products, like kefir and sauerkraut. I think they give health

benefits worth compromising for.
