Sure, I can post the ingredients but the amounts are up to you.

 

In a saucepan very gently melt one cup of virgin coconut oil. Melt some dark chocolate chips in. You can use cacao powder too. Add coconut flour, good amount of chopped pecans or any nuts and/or dry fruit. Mix together and add stevia to taste.

Pour it in a nonstick bread pan and put it in fridge. When sufficiently cold turn it out on a cutting board and cut in 1" squares. Keep refrigerated. Do not over eat... ;)
