Melt some dark chocolate chips in. You can use cacao powder too. Add coconut flour, good amount of chopped pecans or any nuts and/or dry fruit. Mix together and add stevia to taste. Pour it in a nonstick bread pan and put it in fridge. When sufficiently cold turn it out on a cutting board and cut in 1" squares. Keep refrigerated. Do not over eat...
