Guest guest
Hi Mikey, I agree with Suzi on the MSM, Total Tonic, Panther Piss and Lemon Egg. Just how bad is your osteoporosis? Out of curiosity what is your age? Doing weight bearing exercises has been shown to slow down and even reverse osteoporosis. The bones need the weight bearing exercises to signal the body for calcium to build them up stronger. Taking the Lemon Egg is a wonderfully natural way to get high quality calcium for your body to supply to your bones. No matter your age, you are never too old to do some sort of weight bearing exercises. You also did not mention what your diet is like. Certain fluids that we tend to imbibe in from time to time rob our bodies of calcium and other minerals. This weakens our bones as well. Of course, unless your situation is congenital, then all this takes time to develope. So it is going to take time and lots of work on your part to get yourself back into decent health. There is no magic bullet. Trust me, I wish there were but there isn't. Paying close attention to your diet, getting plenty of rest, drinking the right fluids, getting enough sun and lots of exercise will go along way to helping you get back your health. You can learn a lot here. Many knowledgable people on this list. Even though Doc is the only one with a shingle, that I am aware of, there are many excellent naturopaths on this list. Welcome aboard and get yourself ready to be your own health consultant. Guest guest
Hi Mikey, Glucosamine will relieve pain and is " said " to heal osteoporosis. This is an ingredient in the powder mix my huband takes for his joint pain. He is 100% better since he started taking this a few months ago. Do a search on " glucosamine " + " osteoporosis " Gaye Cheerfulness and contentment are great beautifiers and are famous preservers of youthful looks. ~Charles Dickens~ I am very new here and I look forward to hearing from the group.I have some osteoporosis in my back and the reg docs just tell me nothing is there any natural way to alleviate some of the pain and discomfort??
