If there are any diabetics here, it is for you I'm not a diabetic but will be making this too Barbara > Gently melt 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut oil, remove from heat > add enough organic coconut flour to make a smooth paste, add 1/4 > tsp Stevia,. 1 level tsp carob powder, 1 level tsp cocoa, 2 level tsp > vanilla essence, beat well, chill & cut into squares.> > Its gluten free, sugar free, very sweet and tasty.
