[RealSimple] Stuffer Chicken in Muffin Tins

 

 

 

I thought this sounded like a good way to use up Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing (our own homemade, of course, lol.) ;-)Cyndi

 

3 c. of prepared Stove Top stuffing mix1 c. chicken broth1 c. diced chicken Mix stuffing mix, chicken broth and diced chicken together. Spoon into a greased muffin tin. Press firmly. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Should serve 12 muffins
