Guest guest
Here's an idea I think you will all appreciate. My husband and I are using WAY less toilet paper since we got a bide. We just got the kind you install right to your existing toilet. Forgive my forthrightness, but we absolutely love it! When we stayed at my MIL's for a few days, we couldn't wait to get home so we could use our bide again. I think I read that most Europeans have a bide, and that they think we're crude for not. Also, I now firmly believe it's great for hygiene. Now that we're using less TP, we're spending less, and less is going into our septic. Environment, health, pocketbook, all around, I highly recommend it. The one we have is the Bidematic. I don't know if there are others out there, but I'm sure a google will answer that. Guest guest
LOL, I couldn't WAIT to read this once I saw the subject line. ;-)I've never had or used a bide. So I can't comment, lol. All I can say is that it sounds like a great idea, lolol. Do you think it is water efficient?Cyndi In a message dated 11/14/2007 3:38:21 P.M. Guest guest
I think it's pretty water efficient. You can adjust the stream, too. But you can't aim it. It's pre-aimed at THE SPOT, so ladies need to shuffle a little to aim at the OTHER spot. Oh, and I spelled it wrong - it's bidet.
