I really liked it and I would like to order more one of these days. I also got some wonderful Himalayan salt and some sea salt bath soak from them that was awesome. :-)Cyndi HOW TO DETOXIFY YOUR FRUITS AND VEGETABLESThis procedure removes pesticides, insecticides, chemicals, sprays and poisons from food. It is highly recommended that even organic produced be detoxified.Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (3.5%) may be used. Make sure that there are no added ingredients listed as some contain an assortment of stabilizers which shouldn't be ingested. Various stabilizers include: acetanilide, phenol, sodium stanate and tertrasodium phosphate. Use 1 capful per 1 gallon of distilled water.Divide foods into the following categories and soak:Leafy vegetables - 10 minutesThin skinned berries - 10-15 minutesRoot vegetables - 15-30 minutesHeavy skinned fruits - 15-30 minutesAfter the vegetable bath, soak in a purified water bath for 5-10 minutes then prepare food for consumption or allow to dry before storing.
