Guest guest
High Occupancy Vehicle. It's a special lane they put in high traffic areas of the highway for carpoolers. You have to have 2 persons in the car between 3 and 6 pm to travel in that lane. So if I'm driving by myself, I can't be in the HOV lane, unless I have a hybrid. The advantage is, they are always less full, since most people drive by themselves, sadly. They don't have HOV lanes in Florida, lol. Cyndi In a message dated 3/15/2007 4:00:21 P.M. I probably will get back to it when my business is back up and running fully. Plus, here in CA, you can drive in the HOV lane when you have a hybrid. I'd love that too! LOL.
