Guest guest
Did anyone watch last night? An Inconvenient Truth won best documentary, and Melissa Ethridge won for the song she sang in Inconvenient Truth. I was so happy, lol! Now more people will want to watch it, and that's the important thing. There are still people out there who don't believe in global warming. I personally believe it, but even if it isn't happening, we all need to reduce our carbon footprint, and that can't be a bad thing! We'll be better off in the long run. :-)CyndiAOL now offers free email to everyone. Find out more about what's free from AOL at AOL.com. Guest guest
Cyndi, that is REALLY great about the award for An Inconvenient Truth. On my other group, just a week ago there was a heated discussion about global warming and what is the cause of it. All members do believe that there IS global warming but....about half believe that there is a normal fluctuation of the climate and has nothing to do with people's activities and the other half is adamant that humans are the cause.... This is a truth about all people...some believe it and some do not Barbara Did anyone watch last night?
