I really like the baking soda/washing soda/borax/vinegar combinations....they seem endless, lol. I also like Bon Ami, but I've noticed it's becoming hard to find, at least in our area.

The co-op carries Bon Ami -- it's all I use

Those were really great tips at creative homes.

 

I sent the link to my sister who has been looking for nontoxic alternatives

for years. She wanted to know if anyone has found a nonbleach alternative for

dishwasher detergent.

If you have a Trader Joe's nearby - we use the Next to Godliness Dishwashing liquid that is phosphate and chemical free. 100% Biodegradable.It works pretty well!
