Guest guest
My father who was living by everything that Edgar Cayce readings used to follow this very strickly. It is true that after a week or so of castor oil pack he used to do three days of eating strickly 'Re Delicious Apples' and then would have a colonic that he would do himself with a saline solution. He did this 4 times a year and everytime he was losing the swelling of his stomach, liver etc... and felt better for a long time. He started that when he was already over 60 and did it until he went vegan. He went also into herbs only to treat himself but didn't pass his knowledge to us until he moved to Costa Rica and couldn't bring everything with him... so I got his books and herbs because I was the only lucky one in the familly who was able to read English. :-) The only error we did both was to wait until something went really wrong with our health before doing something about it. But like they say... Better late than never..;-) A good diet and some help from herbs will probably prolong my quality of life if it can't cure me. Yesterday I bought everything that is needed for a cleasing program but I will start with a few days of castor oil packs and then do the clease. What I am trying to remove from my body is the side effects from a very strong treatment with an antibiotic which left me with a very long list of symptoms and that doesn't seem to want to go away at all. So I'll push it away..;-) Avec Amour, Bridge Votre angélique petit diable...;-) At 04:24 PM 8/9/03 -0400, Bridge wrote:The castor oil pack didn't do a thing for me but, then again, I already dobowel cleansing. And the naturopath that recommended it said that after about a week of doingthe castor oil pack, I should get a colonic but I wasn't able to find acolonic therapist in my area.- Anna __ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
