Guest guest
I guess I am fortunate...I have a farmer's market just 3/4 of a mile away, a Whole Foods market about 1/2 a mile away and two Wild Oats markets within 5 miles. I've never shopped at any of them; I'm an Aldi shopper, but now that I am discovering the dangers in most all the products I buy, I will be revamping how I shop.....and what I buy. Thanks to this group and to the NaturalAlternativestoHRT , I am changing a LOT in my life and plan to go forth from age 50 on a whole new path. Guest guest
Julie, you ARE fortunate! You can even walk to those places if you want. I've heard of the natural/HRT list. I'm glad to know you like it. Once I'm over the effects of chemo, I need to start working on that area of my health. How are the Buddhists treating you? Congrats on making so many changes in favor of your health. :-)Cyndi In a message dated 1/28/2007 7:43:26 A.M.
