I guess I am fortunate...I have a farmer's market just

3/4 of a mile away, a Whole Foods market about 1/2 a

mile away and two Wild Oats markets within 5 miles.

I've never shopped at any of them; I'm an Aldi

shopper, but now that I am discovering the dangers in

most all the products I buy, I will be revamping how I

shop.....and what I buy.

Thanks to this group and to the

NaturalAlternativestoHRT , I am changing a

LOT in my life and plan to go forth from age 50 on a

whole new path.

Wow! Julie, are you a lucky girl!!! To have all those stores right within the walking distance! (well, not 5 miles although that would be a worthy exersise ;) You are right on the Missouri border where you could get raw milk if you would buy at the farm.

I'm glad you are changing from Aldi to Whole Foods :) Your body will thank you for that. It is never too late to change.

You *are* lucky, Julie! Yes, the food is more expensive, but it's

the old story..you get what you pay for, and aren't you worth it???

Julie, you ARE fortunate! You can even walk to those places if you want.

I've heard of the natural/HRT list. I'm glad to know you like it. Once I'm over the effects of chemo, I need to start working on that area of my health.

How are the Buddhists treating you? Congrats on making so many changes in favor of your health. :-)Cyndi
