It's hard to find anyway, lol. I know of one brand available here in CA. It looks like it is sold at Wild Oats too:

I convinced Kail without even trying, but he loves sauerkraut. I forgot to look for it last week, so it'll have to wait until I get back to Whole Foods. It's possible to make your own, but it takes three weeks.

Again, it's one of those things that everyone will start talking about soon, and it'll become more "mainstream"-at least, among the ranks of us "rebels." LOL.

Here is an article and a recipe how to make sauerkraut juice. Very easy to make and it doesn't take much time. Yoyu are lucky that Kail loves it :)

That sounds much easier! I like the blurb about the Hydrogen Peroxide book too. Some one told me about H2O2 about 2 years ago. I have a couple bottles of it, but with all my health problems, I've gotten out of the habit of drinking it.

To make your own sauerkraut is not hard either. All you have to do is slice the green cabage thinly, put it in a glass or earthen jar with boiled and cooled water, put some salt and dill weed in. Cover with something like a plate with the weight on top and leave it at room temp for two or three weeks. That's it. Not hard at all.

No, it's not hard, just time consuming. I don't want to wait three weeks, lol. You know I have no patience! LOL.
