Guest guest
I also forgot to mention, if you eat flax Seed oil every day, regularity will never be a problem! I'm just sayin'.............. ;-D Hemp seed oil is another great oil. Yes, it's made from the marijuana plant. NOOOOOO, you will NOT get any psychotropic side effects! It also has a high Omega 3 content, and is EXCELLENT for your hair, skin and nails. I use it similar to flax seed oil. Tastes a lot better that flax seed oil, too. More nutty. Another thing I just read is that coconut oil does not taste coconut-y. yay! I can't STAND coconut. Cyndi In a message dated 1/3/2007 5:35:02 A.M. It is simply FYI, in case anyone is curious about Flax seed oil, the Budwig diet, and the diseases it promotes to cure. It talks about bringing the body back into a neutral pH state, as well as the properties in the Cottage cheese/Flax Seed oil combination that is thought to have healing properties.Just for your Education-I'm not promoting this diet, by any means, but if you find it interesting, or useful, enjoy. :-)Cyndi
Guest guest
Oh, REALLY? Ok, maybe I have to work myself up to that one, lol. ;-)Cyndi In a message dated 1/3/2007 2:56:34 P.M. The other oils are too refined that's why there is no coconut taste.. Sorry! I'm just finishing a gallon of centrifudged one. I mix it with peanut butter or cashew butter and it is delicious Barbara Another thing I just read is that coconut oil does not taste coconut-y. yay! I can't STAND coconut.
