Guys;

I am forwarding the most recent daily digest I got from the Flax Seed Oil group. It is simply FYI, in case anyone is curious about Flax seed oil, the Budwig diet, and the diseases it promotes to cure. It talks about bringing the body back into a neutral pH state, as well as the properties in the Cottage cheese/Flax Seed oil combination that is thought to have healing properties.

Just for your Education-I'm not promoting this diet, by any means, but if you find it interesting, or useful, enjoy. :-)Cyndi

Please see the folders in the files of this group for recipes if you

want to make homemade cheese. Look for the word " recipes. "

Bulla low fat cheese is probably OK. You want a brand with the least

amount of additives.

Members do not have to read books beyond those of Dr. Budwig's three

small, inexpensive paperback books and the information in our Files,

Links and daily messages in order to follow this protocol that has

had over a 90% success rate for over 50 years. In fact, information

from other authors or websites can sometimes be a problem in that

they may be incorrect and can interfere with this protocol.

Become very familiar with the information in our group files.

http://health.FlaxSeedOil2

Be sure to read and learn THE INTRODUCTION TO THE BUDWIG PROTOCOL in

Folder 1. Then read the rest of the folders to learn more. Look for

the folder with excerpts from Dr. Budwig's book, FLAX OIL AS A TRUE

AID AGAINST ARTHRITIS, HEART INFARCTION, CANCER AND OTHER DISEASES.

In the LINKS section of this group are many good articles, excerpts

from Dr. Budwig's 1999 book, CANCER - THE PROBLEM AND THE SOLUTION, &

Frequently Asked Questions[FAQ], see the 3rd Folder from the top.

http://health.FlaxSeedOil2/links

Also, acid-alkaline balance is taken care of by the Budwig Protocol.

Dr. Budwig did not emphasize this, but the protocol heals cancer and

other diseases when followed correctly.

English Language books by Dr. Johanna Budwig

1] " Oil-Protein Diet " - a book explaining the diet along with many

recipes

2] " Flax Oil as a true Aid Against Arthritis, Heart Infarction,

Cancer and other Diseases " - a book explaining Dr. Budwig's

discoveries, scientific ideas, and recommendations.

3] " Cancer, the Problem and the Solution " - a book written in 1999 by

Dr. Budwig explaining more of her thinking and experience.

The first two books are available from:

Amazon.com

Barlean's Organic Oils (1-800-445-3529)

Apple Publishing (Richmond, Canada, tel: 604-214-6688; fax: 604-214-

3566)

" Cancer, the Problem and the Solution " is available from:

http://www.nexus-book.com/html/how_to_order.html

Hi Anemaria,

A 'maintenance dose' of the FO/CC might be 1TBS FO:2TBS CC/50 lbs of body weight...so, by example, a person weighing 150 lbs might take 3 TBS FO/6TBS CC daily. A healing daily dose for dealing with a serious health problem would be larger -- please note the protocol that was posted today.

Best wishes,

Pat Turner
