Guest guest
Oh, I know, it's endless...they say the SomerSweet doesn't raise your blood sugar, which is a plus. I don't know that I'll order it again, but I'm glad I tried it. Next I'm going to try that Agave...but I don't know if it raises blood sugar, hmmmmm, more research whether I like it or not, lol. Probably a little safer to use than many artificial sweeteners as there is less of the bad stuff in it. Not positive though! I got sick of doing research on all this stuff, hahahahaha! --Cee--
Guest guest
Well, it's not raising my blood sugar, so it can't be all that bad. :)Cyndi In a message dated 1/1/2007 7:22:16 A.M. Guest guest
That's all right, Noelle, lol. If we are going to tell all our Secret Food Confessions, I have a deep and abiding love for pasta that defies all attempts to rid it from my life, lol. I've "sort" of gotten used to whole wheat pasta, but it just isn't the same. Mac and cheese is a MAJOR comfort food for me, lol. Cyndi In a message dated 1/1/2007 3:00:59 P.M.
