Probably switch to half Udo's balanced oils. I have a lot of flax oil on hand..Tammatha, how are you doing? How long have you been taking oleander? Can you tell whether it has made a difference? I've been doing the flax oil/cottage cheese for nearly two years, felt well much of the time, but my CA-125 for ovarian consistently edged up while CA-15 for breast cancer remained normal. After I had two root canals extracted, my ovarian marker started to drop, while the breast marker rose. I had amalgams replaced three months ago. Next blood test in a month. Guest guest Posted June 7, 2008 Report Share Posted June 7, 2008 Hi Rhoda, Thank you for your note, just received it. I just started myself & my dog on the OPC 2 days ago. So we'll see how goes it. I too have been doing flaxseed (2 tablespoons)in my morning smoothie for about a year now. It certainly regulated my estrogen in addition to taking DIM. Sometimes I'll do the flax oil. I'm not too keen on loading up on oil, rather do the original source. I'm vegan so the cottage cheese doesn't appeal to me. I feel much much better not doing dairy, it is difficult I believe for the human body to digest not to mention other issues. Do you feel any difference getting your amalgams removed?
