Hello Violet,

I've used Dr. Schultze's products for cleansing of organs, for the last few years. But haven't researched anything lately to see how they still stack up against the competition out there. His products came highly recommended from my holistic doctor at the time I began, so that's why I went with him.

I'm curious to see which products others recommend here too.

Hi, I have got my utopia silver and gold, got my oleander and all the other items that I need to make a new woman out of me........LOLI wanted to do the cleansings, bowel, liver and etc. but did not knowwhich one to do, there are many different kind.My problems are Breast Cancer in resession after chemo, radation and surgery (that did not quite kill me) I have had Fibromyglia for about 12 yrs. with that I also have fatigue that is really bad (the worst)I also have 2 knee replacements, heel spurs, high blood pressure, sleep apena, restless leg, irratable bowel, and numerous other problems. I also have 4 silver fillings still in my mouth. I did have my gall bladder removed so won't need to do that cleanse. LOLAnyway back to the question can you guide me which of the cleanse doI do on the list, it says start here, but it has so many listed, don't know which kind I need. The double whammy one, I am sure.....LOLPlease advise I would appreciate it. Nature's sunshine mixture of (mainly Chinese) herbs are my choice for a intestinal cleanse. A mixture of 2 or 3 tablespoons of lecithin, protein powder, and flax seed or hemp seed oil in water and frapped is my choice for cleaning fatty deposits out of the liver and the deposit of fats in the arteries. Sylimarin is a great liver support herb. You can chelate copper and some other high mineral accumulations out of the body by using Spanish black radish herb. Another method is to use the anal suppositories to chelate out the heavy metals. Drink a gallon of water if you are sedentary, or 2 gallons if you work outside in the sun, every day; sweat a lot, pea a lot. Avoid all trans fatty acid foods, and eat no foods that have been microwaved. That's a good start. If you do all that and want to know more, I will sit down and take more time toward completing an entire list.Dr.
