Virtually inhale it in other words. It is also good to use in hot water you breathe in with a towel over your head, or put it in a vaporizer. Did you know that silver actually helps rebuild tissues? Including lung tissues? We have a guy who is a good friend of mine who took an emergency flight to Alaska to administer to a man who had respiratory failure and was sent home to die with his family. With iodine and colloidal silver sent by Utopia Silver his friend is off his deathbed and working out on a stairmaster daily. Another interesting item - Utopia Silver makes colloidal silver and colloidal gold skin bars to die for. Besides smelling and feeling wonderful (especially the gold) they have cleared many skin conditionss.
