, I read Chet's second article. In it he says that the only danger of overdosing is a greyish skin condition, called argyira. He went on to say that one would need to take 3 (?not sure how many) tablespoons daily for over 11 years to even come close to agyira. And that there seems to me no side effects other than greyish skin from that lengthy ingestion.

One other thing. I read on two sites that the best CS is clear or light yellow, brown means impurities? Confused, and fascinated with new and helpful product. Rhoda

Chet is badly mistaken. It would take a lot more than 3 tablespoons

daily of true colloidal silver. I am not even sure you could take

enough true colloidal silver to turn blue (not grey, BLUE). Almost

every instance known of Argyria - and there are very few - came from

improperly made and/or contaminated ionic silver. When ionic silver

and salt are mixed you get silver nitrate, and that can change your

skin color.

Papa Smurff Karason made his own home-made ionic silver, mixed it with

salt and drank over a quart a day for years.

The websites that say clear or pale yellow is best are lying to cover

for their own inferior product. True colloidal silver is dark amber

to brownish - like a strong tea. Anything else is not as good, and

likely has little colloidal silver in it.
