To quote from the article " Federal law does not recognize the medical marijuana laws in California and 11 other states " : > > LOS ANGELES (AP) - The owner of six Southern California medical marijuana dispensaries, including one store linked to an accident that killed a motorist and paralyzed an officer, are facing federal drug and money laundering charges. Virgil Grant III, 41, and his wife, Psytra Grant, 33, were arrested Tuesday and appeared in court but neither entered pleas, said Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's office. Authorities are still searching for employee Stanley Jerome Cole, accused of selling a pound of marijuana to undercover agents for $5,700, said Mrozek. Cole also allegedly sold marijuana products to Jeremy White, who is charged with gross vehicular manslaughter in connection with a December accident. White's truck hit a car parked on a highway shoulder, killing the driver and seriously injuring a California Highway Patrol officer. > According to court documents, White admitted he was under the influence at the time and investigators found marijuana and edible marijuana products in his car. Investigators say White purchased the marijuana from The Holistic Caregivers in Compton, one of Grant's medical marijuana dispensaries. Federal law does not recognize the medical marijuana laws in California and 11 other states. The Grants, of Carson, also face money laundering charges. They and Cole were named in a 41-count indictment, Mrozek said. Their arraignments were set for Monday. Psytra Grant was freed on $50,000 bail but Virgil Grant remained in custody in lieu of $250,000 bail, said Mrozek. > > There was no immediate response to calls seeking comment from the Grants' attorneys. > > Marc Swanepoel > > > > - > Tammatha > oleander soup > Wednesday, May 28, 2008 7:27 PM > Re: Re: The cure for cancer, hidden for years > > > > Wow, there has to be someone in the US here that can make the stuff. Guest guest
I don't know anyone with cancer who could afford this. My friend has very little money and can't afford to buy the OPC right now. She has her own business and lost a lot of work when she was severely ill and had surgery and was recuperating. I am really annoyed at the jacked up prices on many so - called cures. If you had aids and lived in L.A. you could get everything you need practically free. Where is the help for cancer patients? Sorry for the vent. Feeling very frustrated now. Nonie You can buy the oil onlinebe sure to keep it in the cancer patients circlehttp://www.bigfatpothead.com/c/a/n/c/e/r/c/u/r/e/
Guest guest
Nonie - Is your friend unable to afford OPC and also unable to make her own extract? If so let me know and I will make sure she gets what she needs at no cost. This group has friends in high places. When you say you could get what you need for AIDS for free in LA, are you referring to safe herbal products that reverse HIV and that you do not have to continue taking past the first few months - which is the case with Sutherlandia OPC - or do you mean all of the evil antiretrovirals and such from mainstream medicine? And it is far from free - it is just that insurance companies and various governemtn and private agencies provide the money to line the drug company coffers. oleander soup , " Nonie Masterson " <nmsammy wrote: > > I don't know anyone with cancer who could afford this. Guest guest
Nonie, Couldn't agree with you more...it appears to me there is much more help with AIDS than cancer. Why is this? Cancer patients are on their own and always have been unless that succumb to the system. Your vent is warranted.
