Guest guest Posted May 27, 2008 Report Share Posted May 27, 2008 Painful lymph is urgent. Means that it's not flowing freely as it should. I have a cheap rebounder that helps, temporarily. When I bounce gently for two minutes, I get relief for an hour. Sometimes I bounce longer, cuz it's fun and good exercise. But longer bouncing doesn't relieve lymph pressure for a longer period.
